Here is a picture of Tindan Wala Khoo ( Persian Wheel well ) in working condition. Before the advent of electricity and diesel water pumps, it was common to see these wells across Punjab and in other parts of India. Today, it is very difficult to find a Tindan Wala Well in working condition. In Hindi, Tindan Wala Khoo is called Rehet . I saw such well before too, but that one was not in working condition. Rehets  were mostly operated by animals; though, the Rahet which you see in the picture is made to be run by hands. I took this picture near Ropar Town of Punjab. Here is a picture of Samber (Female) deer , which I took during my recent visit to a Kandi Forest area near Ropar town in Punjab. We can commonly see Samber deer in this forest. This was my first encounter with Samber deer in the forest. It is very enjoyable to see these animals in wild and open; then to see them in the zoo. I hope that we will learn to keep them in the wild then keeping them in zoos. Samber (Female) Deer

Here is a picture of Hoopoe Bird which is a bird with a crown. The Hoopoe is the national bird of Isreal. We can easily spot this bird in India and I took this picture, when a Hoopoe was sitting on the rooftop. Here is a picture beautiful mutlicolored Light red, yellow and red  rose buds . During this season, we can find a blossom of most of Rose plants and it looks very beautiful to see so many roses and rosebuds . Beautiful Rose Buds (Multicolored)

Here is a picture of a statue of an  Eagle and Horse made at the top of a Home in Punjab. This picture is taken at evening so we can clearly see the evening sunlight behind this statue. It is a culture in Punjab to put different kinds of statues at the top of the Home and sometimes, water tanks at the top of the home are given the shape of Airplane or other things. Here is a picture of an  Indian Palm squirrel holding Roti in Hands. The best thing about Indian squirrels is that they eat Roti like men. These squirrels are quite common in India and we can find them moving around. I Love taking their pictures of them. Here is a picture showing a strong relationship between a Bee and flower . Bees collection nectar from flowers and store it to eat in the winter season. They constantly hover around the blossomed flowers to get the maximum nectar. During the blossom season, we can find many bees around blossomed flowers absorbing its nectar. Here is a picture of one of my favorite birds from Himachal Pradesh i.e.   Yellow (Gold ) -billed Magpie . In general, we find these birds in groups and they create lots of noise. It is not easy to capture pictures of this bird because of its shy nature. It took me months to get some good pictures of Gold-billed Magpie . It is a medium-sized beautiful bird with a combination of Blue, yellow, white, and black colors. The yellow-billed  magpie is a long-tail Himalayan bird . Here is a picture of a curious brown and white cat looking back at me, then I sounded meow-meow. For some time, she looked back and then moved away, making the sound of meow-meow. It was an unexpected meeting with this cat and I enjoyed capturing a few of her pics. Here is a picture of a beautiful white flower taken in the Kandi Forest of Punjab. In Forests, we came across many wildly grown forest flowers . Here is a sad picture showing a hippopotamus weeping in his cage at  chattbir zoo . Zoos may provide a great option to see the animals; however, by putting them in cages we steal all freedoms from them. We talk too much about the human freedom but we don't care for freedom of animals and their happiness. Like this hippopotamus , there may be many animals crying across the world for their freedom and a better life, but sadly there is no one who can see their tears and provide them justice. If human greed is not stopped; then soon, it will destroy all animals from this present and then we will not have anyone except humans on this Planet. We should return all healthy animals to their natural habitat so that they can enjoy a good life. It is sad that we humans are one of the main reasons of these tears of hippopotamus . Here  is a picture of a beautiful Himalayan parrot which have a slaty colored head; therefore, they are called Slaty-headed parakeet . These parrots are very noisy in nature and mostly move in groups. We find find these parrots in the Himalayan region; therefore, we call them Himalayan parrots .
